The windswept dunes of Padre Island rise along the Texas coast, dividing the green estuaries of the Laguna Madre from the blue waters of the gulf. Walking along its beaches, you hear the pulsing sound of waves and see patterns of sand that mirror the rhythms of the tide. You softly sink with each step, feel a steady breeze on your skin, and taste a whisper of salt on your lips. A harmony of senses, this place is Jamie Turner’s inspiration for the organic forms of this season’s designs.
